The ABA-COV-100 fill head is a cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-line inlet and a 1.1 inch diameter outlet designed for filling smaller sized cans such as half pints and pints. ABA's cone style fill heads are highly efficient and eliminate the stringing problems associated with capillary tube styles. These fill heads are highly successful with a variety of products and viscosities.

This fill head is also utilized in one of our top-off systems, see ABA-TOPOFF-COV-100. Our topoff systems deposit a small amount of an anti-skinning agent to the surface of an already filled container. The ABA-COV-100 works very well for this because it spreads the water or chemical so it is distributed evenly over a larger surface area.
