ABA-TOPOFF-COV-100 is a cone style fill head which is used to deposit anti-skimming agents such as water or glycol onto the surface of the liquid. Using the cone style fill head means that the anti-skimming agent is more gently released and will not forcefully break the surface of the liquid.
