ABA-M581 is a net weight filling machine designed for use with both plastic and metal pails. This dual head pail filling machine features our "blow-off" fill heads, ABA-COV-85BO, which use air-shear technology to cleanly cut off viscous products.
For lidding, this intrinsically safe filling machine features a 5 gallon lid placer and a 5 gallon roller lid press for closing the plastic pails. Our lid placers use a chute based design and can be used with different shaped lids. These units self-center lids onto containers below and feature low lid notifications and they automatically stop when the lids run out.
