Paddle Reject
ABA-M618 is a 2 head volumetric filling machine with check weigh feature. This machine was supplied with a paddle reject system located after the check weigh which is designed to remove out of tolerance containers so they do not proceed through to the lidding cycle. The check weigher station has lights located directly above to provide immediate visual confirmation for operators as to whether each container is within the acceptable tolerance. These are individual, so one container could proceed, and one could be diverted to the reject conveyor.
