ABA-M474 is a two track, volumetric paint filling machine designed for use in a C1D1 explosion proof area. This machine is a prime example of how our custom filling machines are designed with our customers in mind to give them the most efficient fill line for their needs.
This intrinsically safe filling machine features two tracks (conveyors), which run side by side to increase output and decrease slow downs. Each track is equipped with two fill heads in the fill area, as well as a lid placer, a lid dropper, and a roller lid press.
ABA-M474 is a volumetric filling machine, and has 1 gallon double acting piston pumps. The video below shows the machine filling a combination of plastic and metal containers in the following sizes: gallons, quarts, pints, and 1/2 pints.
