ABA's latest range of Weight Based Filling Machines can be run in Net or Gross weight filling modes. They remove the guess work from accurately filling your containers and having to manually adjust filling levels. All new machines purchased from ABA incorporate "AccuFill" technology. "AccuFill" constantly monitors the weights of filled containers against preset tolerances and automatically makes adjustments to the filling levels or notifies the operators of weight inconsistencies. The operator decides whether to make manual changes or initiate automatic corrections. This process can be initiated after a pre-programmed container count, or manually using the check weight function. Either way, the calculations can be performed by the machine, or the operator, the choice is yours.

ABA-FILL-TFG Net Weight filling machines can fill up to about 12
x 5 gallon pails per minute in a three head configuration.
