ABA-M467 is a net weight paint filling machine designed to fill in top fill mode. This three head machine is for use in a C1D2 (Class 1, Division 2) intrinsically safe area, and features a dual lid crimper. 

This machine was supplied with a dual crimp system of our ABA-CRIMP-1EA-1C crimpers, which are single stage crimpers mounted to a continuously running conveyor. These electronic crimpers are designed for sealing lids onto 5 gallon metal pails. These are single stage crimpers, meaning they only come down one time and close the lugs around the the top of the container to close it. These crimpers are fully height adjustable, but can be supplied as fixed height units.

This liquid filling machine is our model ABA-FILL-TFGEA-X, which is a net weight, electronic, automatic filling machine designed for an explosion proof area. These machines (in addition to the rest of our intrinsically safe line of filling machines) can be made for use in either a C1D1 (Class 1 Division 1) or C1D2 (Class 1 Division 2) area.
