ABA-M366 is a narrow 6 foot conveyor section with LDHS lid dropper and roller lid press designed for dropping and pressing quarts and gallons.
Our high speed lid dropper units, ABA-LDHS, are designed to drop lids from 1/2 pint through 1 gallon size and are directly mounted onto our roller lid presses. These come standard with a 24 inch vertical lid hopper but can also optionally be supplied with a downstacker for an additional 72 inch capacity. Size changeover on these units is simple and does not require any tools, but is achieved using ratchet handles on the machine itself. All lid droppers are also supplied with starwheels which are designed to help center lids on the containers before they pass beneath the lid press.
Our 1 gallon roller lid press, ABA-PRESS-1NAR features 19 steel rollers to firmly press lids onto containers. These units are height adjustable using a crank handle on one corner of the press and the associated sprockets and chains are safely covered by a stainless steel sheet metal cover. The press is designed to press lids onto both plastic and metal containers from 1/2 pint through 1 gallon size.
