Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid, continually keeping the fill lance submerged. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a servo motor or an air cylinder. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from half pint through 1 gallon (5 liter) containers. 19 x 1 inch diameter gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids. Rollers have 1/4 inch thick steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets. The ABA-COV-BC-1.25x19 is a diving probe style fill head with a 1.25 inch outer diameter and a 19 inch lance size. This fill head is designed to bottom fill containers.	The ABA-COV-BC-ASSY-SML-11-16 is a diving probe style fill head which is designed to bottom fill containers. This fill head has an 11/16 inch outer diameter and a 14.5 inch fill lance.	The ABA-2000-GCV is a 5 gallon double acting piston pump assembly with gravity check valves. This design provides a good middle ground between a fully automatic lid placer and having an operator manually place lids one by one. This chute allows the operator to pre-load lids and then step away to work on other machine components before it is necessary to replenish the chute.	The ABA-TFGES-DRUM is an electronically controlled, top fill, net weight, semi-automatic filling machine designed to fill drums.
