Bottom Fill Gravimetric Electronic Semi-Automatic Liquid Filling Machines The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid, continually keeping the fill lance submerged. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a servo motor or an air cylinder. Features:

The ABA-LPHSC-5 is 5 gallon plastic and metal lid placer with a chute based design. This unit self-centers the lids on the containers as they pass below it. Features:

The ABA-LPHSC-V is a 5 gallon plastic or metal lid placer. This unit has an ergonomically low loading conveyor which is especially beneficial for higher speed applications and loading heavy metal lids. Stacks of lids are conveyed into the lid stacker, raised, and rotated to the escapement chute. This unit self-centers the lids on the containers as they pass below it. Features:

The ABA-COV-BC-1.25x19 is a diving probe style fill head with a 1.25 inch outer diameter and a 19 inch lance size. This fill head is designed to bottom fill containers. |
The ABA-COV-BC-ASSY-SML-11-16 is a diving probe style fill head which is designed to bottom fill containers. This fill head has an 11/16 inch outer diameter and a 14.5 inch fill lance. |
