Bottom Fill Gravimetric Electronic Automatic Liquid Filling Machines

The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly.

The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid, continually keeping the fill lance submerged. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a servo motor or an air cylinder.

The ABA-COV-85A is a cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-line inlet and a 2.875 inch outlet, which is designed to fill gallon cans.

The ABA-COV-BC-ASSY-SML-11-16 is a diving probe style fill head which is designed to bottom fill containers. This fill head has an 11/16 inch outer diameter and a 14.5 inch fill lance.

The ABA-FILL-BFGEA is an electronically controlled, automatic, net weight filling machine which is designed to bottom fill containers from half pint to 5 gallon pails.

The ABA-COV-85A is a cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-line inlet which is designed to fill gallon cans.

The ABA-COV-BC-ASSY-SML-11-16 is a diving probe style fill head which is designed to bottom fill containers.
