Description	Bottom Fill Volumetric Electronic Automatic Liquid Filling Machine The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. Available with one gallon or five gallon double acting volumetric pumps, each container is filled quickly as the diving lance monitors the product inside the container and submerges the nozzle beneath the liquid surface. The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a Servo motor or an air cylinder. Simple clean-up with only two ball valves and a fill head as wetted parts. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails. 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets. Press available as washdown capable - fully stainless steel with stainless steel washdown motor.
