Description	The ABA-RT-60-OUT is a 60 inch diameter out feed rotary table. When used as part of an automated line, it collates containers as they come off the conveyor and allows for a large quantity of containers to sit until they are ready to be moved forward to the next stage of the process. The ABA-COV-BC-1.25x19 is a diving probe style fill head with a 1.25 inch outer diameter and a 19 inch lance size. This fill head is designed to bottom fill containers. Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. These paint filling machines are highly efficient and fast fillers, increasing productivity and decreasing downtime. Semi-automatic liquid filling machines require the operator to manually position the container under the fill head and require minimal set-up when changing container size. A 2 stage fill head eliminates the need for a ball valve because it opens fully at the beginning of a fill and then closes part way in order to dribble for the end of the fill before closing completely when the fill is complete.
