Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails. 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets. Press available as washdown capable - fully stainless steel with stainless steel washdown motor. See photo number 2 above (M399)	ABA-SCALE-0082-RevB,Scale Riser Plates	Our LDHS lid dropper unit is a high speed lid dropper for metal and plastic lids which mounts to all ABA lid press units (i.e. not a stand-alone unit; must be mounted to press). The star-wheel sets are designed to center the lids before the containers pass underneath the press. Features: Adjustable from ½ pint through gallon containers (maximum diameter 7 inches) Simple size changeover using ratchet handles, no tools required Simple height adjustment via lid press crank handle Interchangeable star-wheel sets for lid alignment Speeds of 60+ lids per minute Standard vertical lid hopper of 24 inch capacity Optional 72 inch down-stacker for extra capacity (shown above in far right photo) Pneumatic or electronic controls.	The ABA-LPHSC-V is a 5 gallon plastic or metal lid placer. This unit has an ergonomically low loading conveyor which is especially beneficial for higher speed applications and loading heavy metal lids. Stacks of lids are conveyed into the lid stacker, raised, and rotated to the escapement chute. This unit self-centers the lids on the containers as they pass below it. Features: 5 gallon plastic and metal lids Stack, lift and load assembly Rotary transfer assembly Vertical stack escapement assembly Adjustable release paddles allow for the placement of round, square, and rectangular lids. Automatic lid priming keeps the lid chute full and ready for the next container In feed line stops automatically space incoming containers Low lid stack notifications Automatically stops containers when unit is out of lids.	ABA-COV-85QTS-2STAGE is a two stage, cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-Line inlet and a 1.85 inch diameter outlet for filling quart and gallon cans. A 2 stage fill head eliminates the need for a ball valve because it opens fully at the beginning of a fill and then closes part way in order to dribble for the end of the fill before closing completely when the fill is complete.
