Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from half pint through 1 gallon (5 liter) containers. 19 x 1 inch diameter gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids. Rollers have 1/4 inch thick steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.	The ABA-PRESS-5NAR is a standard 5 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails. 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Features: Adjustable release paddles allow for the placement of round, square, and rectangular lids. This design provides a good middle ground between a fully automatic lid placer and having an operator manually place lids one by one. This chute allows the operator to pre-load lids and then step away to work on other machine components before it is necessary to replenish the chute.	The ABA-TFGES-DRUM is an electronically controlled, top fill, net weight, semi-automatic filling machine designed to fill drums. Simple clean up with only two ball valves and fill head as wetted parts.
