The ABA-LPHSC-V is a 5 gallon plastic or metal lid placer. This unit has an ergonomically low loading conveyor which is especially beneficial for higher speed applications and loading heavy metal lids. Stacks of lids are conveyed into the lid stacker, raised, and rotated to the escapement chute. This unit self-centers the lids on the containers as they pass below it. Features: 5 gallon plastic and metal lids Stack, lift and load assembly Rotary transfer assembly Vertical stack escapement assembly Adjustable release paddles allow for the placement of round, square, and rectangular lids. Automatic lid priming keeps the lid chute full and ready for the next container In feed line stops automatically space incoming containers Low lid stack notifications Automatically stops containers when unit is out of lids.
