Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid, continually keeping the fill lance submerged. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a servo motor or an air cylinder. Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. When used as part of an automated line, it allows operators to pre-load large quantities of containers at the start of the line to enhance and speed up the filling process. Features: Container alignment paddles ensure that containers are fed into the conveyor one by one. Constructed from stainless steel with a plated circular feed table Container contact points are equipped with Teflon runners to prevent marking containers	The ABA-RT-60-OUT is a 60 inch diameter out feed rotary table. When used as part of an automated line, it collates containers as they come off the conveyor and allows for a large quantity of containers to sit until they are ready to be moved forward to the next stage of the process. Features: Constructed from stainless steel with a plated circular feed table Container contact points are equipped with Teflon runners to prevent marking containers Stainless steel packaging table topped with UHMW plastic allows for easy removal of filled containers	The ABA-COV-BC-0.75x19 is a diving lance style fill head with a 0.75 inch outer diameter and a 19 inch fill lance which is designed to bottom fill containers.
