Bottom Fill Volumetric Electronic Automatic Liquid Filling Machine

The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. 

Available with one gallon or five gallon double acting volumetric pumps, each container is filled quickly as the diving lance monitors the product inside the container and submerges the nozzle beneath the liquid surface.

The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a Servo motor or an air cylinder.

The ABA-COV-85A is a cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-line inlet and a 2.875 inch outlet, which is designed to fill gallon cans.

The ABA-80-GCV is a one gallon double acting piston pump with gravity check valves.

• Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for height adjustment
• Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets
• 5 lead in rollers and 6 powered rollers firmly press lids on

ABA-CRIMP-1EA-1C is a single stage electronic crimper which is mounted on a continuously running conveyor. This lid crimping machine is designed to seal lids onto filled 5 gallon pails.

The ABA-FILL-BFxEA machine is an electronically controlled, fully automatic, volumetric machine which is designed to bottom fill half pint cans through 5 gallon pails. 

 

The ABA-COV-85A is a cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-line inlet which is designed to fill gallon cans.

The ABA-80-GCV is a double acting piston pump with gravity check valves.

The ABA-99-PCV is a one gallon double acting piston pump with powered check valves. 

The ABA-PRESS-5GALL-P is a powered lid press unit.
