Top Fill Volumetric Electronic Automatic Liquid Filling Machines

The ABA-FILL-TF Top Fill Series are designed to fill open top containers. Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times.

Automatic machines require minimal operator intervention and allows for faster CPM (Containers Per Minute) count.

Bottom Fill Gravimetric Electronic Semi-Automatic Liquid Filling Machines

The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly.

The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid, continually keeping the fill lance submerged. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a servo motor or an air cylinder.

The ABA-PRESS-5NAR is a standard 5 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit.

Features:

  • Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails.
  • 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids
  • Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings.
  • Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.
  • Press available as washdown capable - fully stainless steel with stainless steel washdown motor. See photo number 2 above (M399)

The ABA-FILL-BFGES is an electronically controlled, semi-automatic, net weight filling machine which is designed to bottom-fill containers from half pint to 5 gallon pails.

 The ABA-PRESS-5NAR is a standard 5 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit for pressing lids on pint through 6 gallon pails.
