Our LDHS lid dropper unit is a high speed lid dropper for metal and plastic lids which mounts to all ABA lid press units (i.e. not a stand-alone unit; must be mounted to press). The star-wheel sets are designed to center the lids before the containers pass underneath the press.

• Adjustable from ½ pint through gallon containers (maximum diameter 7 inches)
• Simple size changeover using ratchet handles, no tools required
• Simple height adjustment via lid press crank handle
• Interchangeable star-wheel sets for lid alignment

The ABA-RT-60-IN is a 60 inch diameter in feed rotary table. When used as part of an automated line, it allows operators to pre-load large quantities of containers at the start of the line to enhance and speed up the filling process.

Features:

• Container alignment paddles ensure that containers are fed into the conveyor one by one.
• Constructed from stainless steel with a plated circular feed table
• Container contact points are equipped with Teflon runners to prevent marking containers

The ABA-COV-BC-1.25x19 is a diving probe style fill head with a 1.25 inch outer diameter and a 19 inch lance size. This fill head is designed to bottom fill containers.

The ABA-COV-BC-ASSY-SML-11-16 is a diving probe style fill head which is designed to bottom fill containers. This fill head has an 11/16 inch outer diameter and a 14.5 inch fill lance.

The ABA-PRESS-5GALL-P is a powered lid press primarily designed for closing 5 gallon pails, but will also close 1 gallon pails.

Features:

• Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for height adjustment
• Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets
• 5 lead in rollers and 6 powered rollers firmly press lids on
