Our LDHS lid dropper unit is a high speed lid dropper for metal and plastic lids which mounts to all ABA lid press units (i.e. not a stand-alone unit; must be mounted to press). The star-wheel sets are designed to center the lids before the containers pass underneath the press.

The ABA-PRESS-5GALL-P is a powered lid press primarily designed for closing 5 gallon pails, but will also close 1 gallon pails.

Features:

• Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for height adjustment
• Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets
• 5 lead in rollers and 6 powered rollers firmly press lids on

ABA-COV-85QTS-2STAGE is a two stage, cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-Line inlet and a 1.85 inch diameter outlet for filling quart and gallon cans. A 2 stage fill head eliminates the need for a ball valve because it opens fully at the beginning of a fill and then closes part way in order to dribble for the end of the fill before closing completely when the fill is complete.
