Bottom Fill Gravimetric Electronic Semi-Automatic Liquid Filling Machines

The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly.

The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid, continually keeping the fill lance submerged. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a servo motor or an air cylinder.

Our LDHS lid dropper unit is a high speed lid dropper for metal and plastic lids which mounts to all ABA lid press units (i.e. not a stand-alone unit; must be mounted to press). The star-wheel sets are designed to center the lids before the containers pass underneath the press.

• Adjustable from ½ pint through gallon containers (maximum diameter 7 inches)
• Simple size changeover using ratchet handles, no tools required
• Simple height adjustment via lid press crank handle
• Interchangeable star-wheel sets for lid alignment
• Speeds of 60+ lids per minute
• Standard vertical lid hopper of 24 inch capacity

The ABA-RT-60-IN is a 60 inch diameter in feed rotary table. When used as part of an automated line, it allows operators to pre-load large quantities of containers at the start of the line to enhance and speed up the filling process.

• Container alignment paddles ensure that containers are fed into the conveyor one by one.
• Constructed from stainless steel with a plated circular feed table
• Container contact points are equipped with Teflon runners to prevent marking containers

The ABA-RT-60-OUT is a 60 inch diameter out feed rotary table. When used as part of an automated line, it collates containers as they come off the conveyor and allows for a large quantity of containers to sit until they are ready to be moved forward to the next stage of the process.

Features:

• Constructed from stainless steel with a plated circular feed table
• Container contact points are equipped with Teflon runners to prevent marking containers
• Stainless steel packaging table topped with UHMW plastic allows for easy removal of filled containers 

The ABA-COV-BC-0.75x19 is a diving lance style fill head with a 0.75 inch outer diameter and a 19 inch fill lance which is designed to bottom fill containers. 

The ABA-PRESS-5GALL-P is a powered lid press primarily designed for closing 5 gallon pails, but will also close 1 gallon pails.

Features:

• Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for height adjustment
• Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets
• 5 lead in rollers and 6 powered rollers firmly press lids on

ABA-COV-85BO is a cone fill head with 2 inch S-Line inlet featuring air shear or NO2 blanket technology. The forced air helps to blow off or shear a high viscosity product when the fill is completed.

ABA-CRIMP-1EA-1C is a single stage electronic crimper which is mounted on a continuously running conveyor. This lid crimping machine is designed to seal lids onto filled 5 gallon pails.

The ABA-FILL-BFGES is an electronically controlled, semi-automatic, net weight filling machine which is designed to bottom-fill containers from half pint to 5 gallon pails.

 The ABA-LDHS lid dropper unit is a high speed lid dropper for metal and plastic lids which mounts to all ABA lid press units and can drop lids from 1/2 pint through 1 gallon.

 The ABA-RT-60-IN is a 60 inch diameter in feed rotary table.

The ABA-RT-60-OUT is a 60 inch diameter out feed rotary table. 

The ABA-COV-BC-0.75x19 is a diving lance style fill head which is designed to bottom fill containers.
