Description	The ABA-PRESS-5NAR is a standard 5 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails. 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets. Press available as washdown capable - fully stainless steel with stainless steel washdown motor. Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. These paint filling machines are highly efficient and fast fillers, increasing productivity and decreasing downtime. Semi-automatic liquid filling machines require the operator to manually position the container under the fill head and require minimal set-up when changing container size. A 2 stage fill head eliminates the need for a ball valve because it opens fully at the beginning of a fill and then closes part way in order to dribble for the end of the fill before closing completely when the fill is complete.
