Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. Available with one gallon or five gallon double acting volumetric pumps, each container is filled quickly as the diving lance monitors the product inside the container and submerges the nozzle beneath the liquid surface. The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a Servo motor or an air cylinder. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from half pint through 1 gallon (5 liter) containers. 19 x 1 inch diameter gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids. Rollers have 1/4 inch thick steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.	The ABA-PRESS-5NAR is a standard 5 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails. 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. A 2 stage fill head eliminates the need for a ball valve because it opens fully at the beginning of a fill and then closes part way in order to dribble for the end of the fill before closing completely when the fill is complete.
