Bottom Fill Volumetric Electronic Automatic Liquid Filling Machine

The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. 

Available with one gallon or five gallon double acting volumetric pumps, each container is filled quickly as the diving lance monitors the product inside the container and submerges the nozzle beneath the liquid surface.

The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a Servo motor or an air cylinder.

The ABA-PRESS-5NAR is a standard 5 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit.

Features:

• Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails.
• 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids
• Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings.
• Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.
• Press available as washdown capable - fully stainless steel with stainless steel washdown motor. See photo number 2 above (M399)

The ABA-LPHSC-5 is 5 gallon plastic and metal lid placer with a chute based design. This unit self-centers the lids on the containers as they pass below it.

Features:

• Adjustable release paddles allow for the placement of round, square, and rectangular lids.
• Automatic lid priming keeps the lid chute full and ready for the next container
• In feed line stops automatically space incoming containers
• Low lid stack notifications
• Automatically stops containers when unit is out of lids.

The ABA-COV-85QTSF is a cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-line inlet for filling quart and gallon cans and an additional flush attachment.

The ABA-COV-BC-0.75x19 is a diving lance style fill head with a 0.75 inch outer diameter and a 19 inch fill lance which is designed to bottom fill containers. 

ABA-COV-85BO is a cone fill head with 2 inch S-Line inlet featuring air shear or NO2 blanket technology. The forced air helps to blow off or shear a high viscosity product when the fill is completed.

Bottom Fill Gravimetric Electronic Automatic eXplosion-Proof Liquid Filling Machines

The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming and protect against exposure to static prone products. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming and static buildup. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly and in a safer manner.

On our bottom fill machines, the diving lance style fill head is lowered into the bottom of the container utilizing either a Servo motor or a pneumatic air cylinder. Both methods offer accurate and easily adjustable filling and tracking. Once the fill cycle starts, the fill carraige slowly rises, drawing the fill head(s) up as it goes. As the container is filled with liquid, the head of the fill lance remains submerged under the level of the liquid. These paint filling machines are highly accurate and will increase the efficiency of any plant.

The ABA-FILL-BFxEA machine is an electronically controlled, fully automatic, volumetric machine which is designed to bottom fill half pint cans through 5 gallon pails.
