Top Fill Gravimetric Electronic Automatic Liquid Filling Machines

The ABA-FILL-TF Top Fill Series are designed to fill open top containers from half pint through 5 gallon. Simple clean-up with only two ball valves and a fill head as wetted parts.

The ABA-PRESS-5NAR is a standard 5 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit.

Features:

• Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails.
• 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids
• Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings.
• Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.
• Press available as washdown capable - fully stainless steel with stainless steel washdown motor. See photo number 2 above (M399)
