Top Fill Gravimetric Electronic Automatic Liquid Filling Machines

The ABA-FILL-TF Top Fill Series are designed to fill open top containers from half pint through 5 gallon. Simple clean-up with only two ball valves and a fill head as wetted parts.

The ABA-PRESS-1NAR is a standard 1 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit.

Features:

• Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from half pint through 1 gallon (5 liter) containers.
• 19 x 1 inch diameter gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids.
• Rollers have 1/4 inch thick steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings.
• Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.

The ABA-LPHSC-V is a 5 gallon plastic or metal lid placer. This unit has an ergonomically low loading conveyor which is especially beneficial for higher speed applications and loading heavy metal lids. Stacks of lids are conveyed into the lid stacker, raised, and rotated to the escapement chute. This unit self-centers the lids on the containers as they pass below it.

The ABA-RT-60-OUT is a 60 inch diameter out feed rotary table. When used as part of an automated line, it collates containers as they come off the conveyor and allows for a large quantity of containers to sit until they are ready to be moved forward to the next stage of the process.

The ABA-COV-85QTS is a cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-line inlet and a 1.85 inch diameter outlet for filling quart and gallon cans. 

The ABA-COV-85QTSF is a cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-line inlet for filling quart and gallon cans and an additional flush attachment.

The ABA-PRESS-5GALL-P is a powered lid press primarily designed for closing 5 gallon pails, but will also close 1 gallon pails.
