Semi-automatic liquid filling machines require the operator to manually position the container under the fill head and require minimal set-up when changing container size. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails. 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets. Press available as washdown capable - fully stainless steel with stainless steel washdown motor. See photo number 2 above (M399)	Our LDHS lid dropper unit is a high speed lid dropper for metal and plastic lids which mounts to all ABA lid press units (i.e. not a stand-alone unit; must be mounted to press). The star-wheel sets are designed to center the lids before the containers pass underneath the press. The ABA-RT-60-OUT is a 60 inch diameter out feed rotary table. When used as part of an automated line, it collates containers as they come off the conveyor and allows for a large quantity of containers to sit until they are ready to be moved forward to the next stage of the process.
