Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from half pint through 1 gallon (5 liter) containers. 19 x 1 inch diameter gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids. Rollers have 1/4 inch thick steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.	The ABA-PRESS-5NAR is a standard 5 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails. 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. This fill head has an 11/16 inch outer diameter and a 14.5 inch fill lance.	The ABA-PRESS-5GALL-P is a powered lid press primarily designed for closing 5 gallon pails, but will also close 1 gallon pails. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for height adjustment Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets 5 lead in rollers and 6 powered rollers firmly press lids on	ABA-COV-85BO is a cone fill head with 2 inch S-Line inlet featuring air shear or NO2 blanket technology. The forced air helps to blow off or shear a high viscosity product when the fill is completed.	ABA-COV-85QTS-2STAGE is a two stage, cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-Line inlet and a 1.85 inch diameter outlet for filling quart and gallon cans. A 2 stage fill head eliminates the need for a ball valve because it opens fully at the beginning of a fill and then closes part way in order to dribble for the end of the fill before closing completely when the fill is complete.
