Top Fill Gravimetric Electronic Semi-Automatic Liquid Filling Machines

The ABA-FILL-TF Top Fill Series are designed to fill open top containers from half pint through 5 gallon. Simple clean-up with only two ball valves and a fill head as wetted parts.

The ABA-PRESS-1NAR is a standard 1 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit.

Features:

• Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from half pint through 1 gallon (5 liter) containers.
• 19 x 1 inch diameter gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids.
• Rollers have 1/4 inch thick steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings.
• Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.

The ABA-PRESS-5NAR is a standard 5 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit.

Features:

• Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails.
• 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids
• Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings.
• Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.

The ABA-99-PCV is a one gallon double acting piston pump with powered check valves.

ABA-COV-85BO is a cone fill head with 2 inch S-Line inlet featuring air shear or NO2 blanket technology. The forced air helps to blow off or shear a high viscosity product when the fill is completed.
