Description	Top Fill Gravimetric Electronic Automatic Liquid Filling Machines The ABA-FILL-TF Top Fill Series are designed to fill open top containers from half pint through 5 gallon. Simple clean-up with only two ball valves and a fill head as wetted parts. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails. 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets. Press available as washdown capable - fully stainless steel with stainless steel washdown motor. See photo number 2 above (M399)	Our LDHS lid dropper unit is a high speed lid dropper for metal and plastic lids which mounts to all ABA lid press units (i.e. not a stand-alone unit; must be mounted to press). The star-wheel sets are designed to center the lids before the containers pass underneath the press. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for height adjustment Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets 5 lead in rollers and 6 powered rollers firmly press lids on	Bottom Fill Gravimetric Electronic Automatic eXplosion-Proof Liquid Filling Machines The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming and protect against exposure to static prone products. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming and static buildup. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly and in a safer manner. On our bottom fill machines, the diving lance style fill head is lowered into the bottom of the container utilizing either a Servo motor or a pneumatic air cylinder. Both methods offer accurate and easily adjustable filling and tracking. Once the fill cycle starts, the fill carraige slowly rises, drawing the fill head(s) up as it goes. As the container is filled with liquid, the head of the fill lance remains submerged under the level of the liquid. These paint filling machines are highly accurate and will increase the efficiency of any plant. Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. These paint filling machines are highly efficient and fast fillers, increasing productivity and decreasing downtime. Semi-automatic liquid filling machines require the operator to manually position the container under the fill head and require minimal set-up when changing container size.
