Description	Top Fill Gravimetric Electronic Automatic Liquid Filling Machines The ABA-FILL-TF Top Fill Series are designed to fill open top containers from half pint through 5 gallon. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails. 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets. Press available as washdown capable - fully stainless steel with stainless steel washdown motor. Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. The star-wheel sets are designed to center the lids before the containers pass underneath the press. The ABA-LPHSC-V is a 5 gallon plastic or metal lid placer. This unit has an ergonomically low loading conveyor which is especially beneficial for higher speed applications and loading heavy metal lids. Stacks of lids are conveyed into the lid stacker, raised, and rotated to the escapement chute. This unit self-centers the lids on the containers as they pass below it. The ABA-COV-BC-1.25x19 is a diving probe style fill head with a 1.25 inch outer diameter and a 19 inch lance size. This fill head is designed to bottom fill containers.	The ABA-COV-BC-ASSY-SML-11-16 is a diving probe style fill head which is designed to bottom fill containers. This fill head has an 11/16 inch outer diameter and a 14.5 inch fill lance.
