Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. The star-wheel sets are designed to center the lids before the containers pass underneath the press. The ABA-RT-60-OUT is a 60 inch diameter out feed rotary table. When used as part of an automated line, it collates containers as they come off the conveyor and allows for a large quantity of containers to sit until they are ready to be moved forward to the next stage of the process. The forced air helps to blow off or shear a high viscosity product when the fill is completed.	ABA-CRIMP-1EA-1C is a single stage electronic crimper which is mounted on a continuously running conveyor. This lid crimping machine is designed to seal lids onto filled 5 gallon pails.	ABA-COV-85QTS-2STAGE is a two stage, cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-Line inlet and a 1.85 inch diameter outlet for filling quart and gallon cans. A 2 stage fill head eliminates the need for a ball valve because it opens fully at the beginning of a fill and then closes part way in order to dribble for the end of the fill before closing completely when the fill is complete.
