Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from half pint through 1 gallon (5 liter) containers. 19 x 1 inch diameter gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids. Rollers have 1/4 inch thick steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets.	Description	Our LDHS lid dropper unit is a high speed lid dropper for metal and plastic lids which mounts to all ABA lid press units (i.e. not a stand-alone unit; must be mounted to press). The star-wheel sets are designed to center the lids before the containers pass underneath the press. The ABA-COV-BC-1.25x19 is a diving probe style fill head with a 1.25 inch outer diameter and a 19 inch lance size. This fill head is designed to bottom fill containers.	The ABA-COV-BC-ASSY-SML-11-16 is a diving probe style fill head which is designed to bottom fill containers. This fill head has an 11/16 inch outer diameter and a 14.5 inch fill lance.	The ABA-2000-GCV is a 5 gallon double acting piston pump assembly with gravity check valves. The forced air helps to blow off or shear a high viscosity product when the fill is completed.	Bottom Fill Gravimetric Electronic Automatic eXplosion-Proof Liquid Filling Machines The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming and protect against exposure to static prone products. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming and static buildup. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly and in a safer manner. On our bottom fill machines, the diving lance style fill head is lowered into the bottom of the container utilizing either a Servo motor or a pneumatic air cylinder. Both methods offer accurate and easily adjustable filling and tracking. Once the fill cycle starts, the fill carraige slowly rises, drawing the fill head(s) up as it goes. As the container is filled with liquid, the head of the fill lance remains submerged under the level of the liquid. These paint filling machines are highly accurate and will increase the efficiency of any plant. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a Servo motor or an air cylinder.
