Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. Automatic machines require minimal operator intervention and allows for faster CPM (Containers Per Minute) count. Features: Fills open top containers One or five gallon double acting pumps Fills half pint, pint, quart, and gallon cans as well as 5 gallon pails PLC controls Fully automatic One, two, three or four fill stations Available explosion proof rating (Class 1, Division 1 or Class 1, Division 2)	Bottom Fill Gravimetric Electronic Semi-Automatic Liquid Filling Machines The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid, continually keeping the fill lance submerged. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a servo motor or an air cylinder. When used as part of an automated line, it collates containers as they come off the conveyor and allows for a large quantity of containers to sit until they are ready to be moved forward to the next stage of the process.
