The star-wheel sets are designed to center the lids before the containers pass underneath the press. When used as part of an automated line, it allows operators to pre-load large quantities of containers at the start of the line to enhance and speed up the filling process. This lid crimping machine is designed to seal lids onto filled 5 gallon pails.	ABA-COV-85QTS-2STAGE is a two stage, cone style fill head with a 2 inch S-Line inlet and a 1.85 inch diameter outlet for filling quart and gallon cans. A 2 stage fill head eliminates the need for a ball valve because it opens fully at the beginning of a fill and then closes part way in order to dribble for the end of the fill before closing completely when the fill is complete.
