Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. Automatic machines require minimal operator intervention and allows for faster CPM (Containers Per Minute) count. Features: Fills open top containers One or five gallon double acting pumps Fills half pint, pint, quart, and gallon cans as well as 5 gallon pails PLC controls Fully automatic One, two, three or four fill stations Available explosion proof rating (Class 1, Division 1 or Class 1, Division 2)	The ABA-PRESS-5NAR is a standard 5 gallon Non-powered Automatic Roller lid press unit. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from pint through 6 gallon pails. 32 x 1 inch diameter steel rollers gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids Rollers have 1/4 inch thick stainless steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets. Press available as washdown capable - fully stainless steel with stainless steel washdown motor.
