Our powered lid press unit, ABA-M359, is designed for pressing lids onto hard to close pails utilizing a 0.5 horsepower motor in addition to the motive force of the conveyor it is mounted on. The powered lid press features 5 lead in rollers and 6 large powered rollers to firmly press on the lids, and is primarily designed for 5 gallon pails, but will also close 1 gallon containers.
As with all of our lid presses, this unit also features a hand crank on one corner with chain and sprockets to provide simple height adjustment. ABA-M359 also showcases stainless steel metal guard covers over the chain and sprockets.
