Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. Automatic machines require minimal operator intervention and allows for faster CPM (Containers Per Minute) count. Features: Fills open top containers One or five gallon double acting pumps Fills half pint, pint, quart, and gallon cans as well as 5 gallon pails PLC controls Fully automatic One, two, three or four fill stations Available explosion proof rating (Class 1, Division 1 or Class 1, Division 2)	Bottom Fill Gravimetric Electronic Automatic Liquid Filling Machines The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid, continually keeping the fill lance submerged. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a servo motor or an air cylinder. Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for full height adjustment from half pint through 1 gallon (5 liter) containers. 19 x 1 inch diameter gradually declining steel rollers to firmly press on lids. Rollers have 1/4 inch thick steel walls and are mounted on 1/4 inch stainless steel shafts using 2 x 1/4 inch double shielded bearings. Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming and static buildup. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly and in a safer manner. On our bottom fill machines, the diving lance style fill head is lowered into the bottom of the container utilizing either a Servo motor or a pneumatic air cylinder. Both methods offer accurate and easily adjustable filling and tracking. Once the fill cycle starts, the fill carraige slowly rises, drawing the fill head(s) up as it goes. As the container is filled with liquid, the head of the fill lance remains submerged under the level of the liquid. These paint filling machines are highly accurate and will increase the efficiency of any plant.
