Features: Hand crank with chain and sprockets allows for height adjustment Stainless steel sheet metal guard covers chain and sprockets 5 lead in rollers and 6 powered rollers firmly press lids on	ABA-COV-85BO is a cone fill head with 2 inch S-Line inlet featuring air shear or NO2 blanket technology. The forced air helps to blow off or shear a high viscosity product when the fill is completed.	Bottom Fill Volumetric Electronic Automatic eXplosion Proof Liquid Filling Machine The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. Available with one gallon or five gallon double acting volumetric pumps, each container is filled quickly as the diving lance monitors the product inside the container and submerges the nozzle beneath the liquid surface. The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a Servo motor or an air cylinder. Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. These paint filling machines are highly efficient and fast fillers, increasing productivity and decreasing downtime. Semi-automatic liquid filling machines require the operator to manually position the container under the fill head and require minimal set-up when changing container size.
