Description	EX Proof (Motor Starter) Motor Manual Starting Switch, Push Button, 3 Phase, NEMA 0, Type 7 & 9 Bolted Enclosures, for use in Class 1, Groups C & D Divisions 1 & 2	Bottom Fill Gravimetric Electronic Semi-Automatic Liquid Filling Machines The ABA-FILL-BF Bottom Fill Series are designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. Submerging the fill nozzle beneath the product as it is filling prevents air in the product, and helps to eliminate foaming. This in turn allows the products to be filled more quickly. The diving lance is lowered into the bottom of the container and is slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid, continually keeping the fill lance submerged. We offer two methods of raising the fill lance, either with a servo motor or an air cylinder. Our double acting positive displacement piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. These paint filling machines are highly efficient and fast fillers, increasing productivity and decreasing downtime. Semi-automatic liquid filling machines require the operator to manually position the container under the fill head and require minimal set-up when changing container size.
