ABA-M422 is a high speed lid dropper unit, ABA-LDHS and 1 gallon roller lid press, ABA-PRESS-1NAR. This machine was also provided with our optional downstacker which provides 72 inches of additional lid capacity. M422 is designed to drop 1/2 pint lids and has speeds of 80+ per minute.
Our ABA-LDHS lid dropper units are designed to drop metal and plastic lids from 1/2 pint through gallon sizes. These are not stand-alone units and must be mounted to a press. The standard vertical lid hopper has a 24 inch capacity, but the optional downstacker adds an additional 72 inches of capacity and thus makes this powerhouse unit even more efficient. Height adjustment and size changeovers are simple with a crank handle and ratchet handles respectively - no additional tools required for either adjustment to be made. Star-wheels are also provided with this unit to assist with lid centering prior to the container passing underneath the press.
The ABA-PRESS-1NAR 1 gallon roller lid press is designed to press lids from 1/2 pint through 1 gallon containers. This unit utilizes 19 steel rollers to firmly press on lids and is completely height adjustable using a crank handle on one corner of the press. The sprockets and chains which accomodate the height adjustment are safely covered by a stainless steel sheet metal cover.
