All the following tests were performed using the ABA-COV-85QTS Quart/Gallon
container fill head.
Accuracy will be improved with higher viscosity products.
A total of 20 containers were filled using the filling equipment.
Different air pressures and fill head nozzle openings were used for each
series of tests to provide variations in the filling conditions.
When the 20 containers where filled, each container was weighed and the
results documented as shown below:

Accuracy ranged from .28 % to .40% when filling around 2 lbs of water.
