Our filling equipment is being widely used throughout many industries for filling most liquid products. After extensively covering the paint industry, we developed our filling technology to
cover many other liquid filling markets. Our filling equipment can fill most liquid products and are currently used by our customers to fill Paints and Coatings, Roof Coatings and Sealers, Floor Adhesives and
Glues, Driveway Sealers, Industrial Chemicals and Agro-chemicals.
Our equipment can be used to fill low and high viscosity, hot and cold products at many different pressures.
In 2008 we started working very closely with one of the country’s largest manufacturers of roof coatings.
Previously, the customer was manually filling containers on many of the production lines including the Aluminum Coatings lines. To ensure the customer met regulatory guidelines and to additionally keep their customer satisfaction very high, they
were overfilling every container. After realizing the high level of accuracy they could attain using ABA liquid filling equipment and calculating that the Return On Investment (ROI) would be fully meet on each machine within a 6 month time period, the customer moved ahead with major production line automation.
In the last year we have automated six of the customers production lines with our Net Weight Filling machines Model: ABA-FILL-TFGEAF-M2-EC-1C as show below:
With each machine supplied, we have worked very closely with the customer and made significant improvements based upon the customers feedback and visiting the customers locations.
