As a result more and more products available on the market today are "Greener" but require a small amount of anti-skinning liquid to be floated on top of the product in the container.

ABA has designed a Pneumatic Top Off System to accurately float small amounts of anti-skinning liquid on top of the product inside the container.

Glycol and Glycol like solutions can be accurately dispensed in small amounts using this new system.

The ABA Top Off System Model ABA-TOPOFF-N is a fully pneumatic solution top off system than can dispense very small quantities of liquid solution into a passing container.

Highly Accurate:
The system is highly accurate and has a high rate of repeatability within +/- 1gm.

Explosion Proof:
The system has been designed to be completely Pneumatic to allow it to be run in any environment including explosion proof areas that are Class 1 Div 1 rated.

Fully interchangeable spray nozzles, highly controllable flow control and timing allow the system to adapt to almost any situation.  Add solution to your products without penetrating the product.
