Bottom Fill (Diving Probe)

Designed for foaming and
non-foaming liquids, these machines automatically
convey and fill containers from half pint to one
gallon using single or multiple fill stations. A
typical twin head machine, for example, will fill
approximately 25 gallons per minute and 45 quarts
per minute of liquid products.
Optional items include five gallon
pail filling (on or off line), automatic lid placing
and pressing/crimping, pneumatic or PLC controls,
explosion proof construction.
Product contact parts are Teflon,
stainless steel and brass

and "Fill
heads")
Standard adjustable height
carriage machines can
be configured for up to four fill stations.
Swing head machine are available
with up to 2 fill stations.

The newest addition to Anthony Barber Associates, Ltd filling
machine family is the Model: ABA-FILL-TB1EAF-M3-EC-5LP-LD.
With precision placement of the fill head carriage bar, this
filling machine can perform in "top fill" mode with motorized
head positioning and at the flick of a switch,the filling
machine will transform into a fully automatic "bottom fill"
(diving probe) filling machine. The high velocity drive system
places the fill head carriage bar at the heights required for
each stage of the filling process with lightening speed and
accuracy. |
